At Oliviera it’s not the wines that stand out, but the olive oils! We are therefore satisfied with a Bellet white well in all respects (except that of quality / price at 7 euros a glass, but we are in Nice …), a harvested Champagne a little rustic but well done, balanced, or of a fruity and concentrated Languedoc of the cooperative of Saint-Félix-de-Lodez (the terroir of St. Félix is particularly interesting and still little recognized as such). Reds served too hot. Classic. We must ask Nadim, the boss, to put the bottle cool. He does it willingly.
