An oil made as oils were made by my grand-father.
Echos of pâte d’olive, “chocolaty” fruitiness, L’huile d’olive de mon grand père, sans ses défauts. Aroma of ripened black olives.
Beautiful on goat cheeses, stews such as our daube. (recipe in French only)
